I can’t imagine a topic more valuable to actually get behind and practice than this one. Judgment as the topic, non-judgment as the action. The rule is simple to say and hard to do: when you catch yourself judging anything, stop yourself. Back up and ask, why am I judging this?
This is the same mechanism the sessions work with, just written out instead of practiced live — the pause between noticing a judgment and deciding whether it's earned.
