Coaching — Penticton, BC

Coaching in Penticton,
with fivebyfive

One-to-one, in person, built on the same five-step framework behind the books and the free course material — no diagnosis, no required beliefs, no ongoing dependency.

This runs on a dojo model, not a dependency model — the goal is competence, not a standing appointment. Most people come in with one specific question and leave with a way of asking it themselves next time. Sessions are a conversation, not a consultation: no worksheets to fill out beforehand, no report card afterward.

The Framework

Five operational steps — offered, not required.

01

Stop the Signal

Notice the noise. Learn you don't have to keep listening to it.

02

Set the Tone

Decide what you actually want this to be for, before you react.

03

Pick a Station

Choose the input you're actually going to pay attention to.

04

Listen

Notice what happens once you stop giving equal weight to everything.

05

Love Wins

Not another task. What's available once the rest has been done.

This is the same framework behind the books, the free course material, and the content page — coaching just applies it with another person in the room.

Foundational reading

The books this coaching is built from.

Book One

I Don't Know… But Here Is What I Have So Far

Fear, ego, control, judgment, the moment — the full foundation, in writing.

Book Two

The New Golden Rule

Treat yourself first, at the standard you can honestly maintain, then extend it outward.

Book Three

Battles of Belief

Classic atheist–Christian debates, reframed around the choice beneath every argument.

None of these claim final authority — they're tools. Full details on all three, and the one in progress →

Based here

Penticton and the South Okanagan.

Penticton sits on the strip of land between two lakes — Okanagan on one side, Skaha on the other — and that between-two-waters feeling shapes the pace of the whole town. This work happens here, in person, with people who'd rather sit across from someone than fill out an app.

Serving Penticton, Summerland, Naramata, and the surrounding South Okanagan.

Sessions also travel north through the valley to Kelowna and Vernon by arrangement.

Before you write

Questions people actually ask.

Which page should I start with if I'm not sure?

This one's fine as a starting point — or if you want to jump straight in, life coaching is the broadest of the four.

Is this therapy?

No. There's no diagnosis, no treatment plan, and no clinical license behind it. If what you're carrying needs clinical support, this can sit alongside that, not replace it.

Do sessions actually happen in Penticton?

Yes — sessions travel to Penticton by arrangement, as part of the same Okanagan Valley service area as Kelowna and Vernon.

What does a first meeting cost?

$100 for the initial meeting, $250 for ongoing two-hour sessions. Full pricing is on each individual coaching page.

Come on in

Say hello.

Start with a message. No form, no funnel — just an email or a call, answered by the person you'd actually be working with.
