Life Coaching — Vernon, BC
Life coaching in Vernon,
for whatever the season actually is
One-to-one, in person, for everything that doesn't fit neatly under "mindset," "purpose," or "relationship" — which, most weeks, is most of it.
You don't need a crisis to start. A lot of people arrive here after nothing in particular went wrong, just everything got a little quietly heavier than it should be.
What this actually looks like
Core Construction, applied to your actual week.
Life coaching here isn't a catch-all for whatever the other three pages didn't cover. It's the whole-picture version — starting at the core, what's actually driving your choices underneath the habits and the noise, and working outward through the framing, the story you're telling yourself about what's happening, rather than picking at one symptom at a time.
It includes the harder-to-name things too — the sense that nothing can really touch what matters most, even when everything around it is uncertain. That belongs here as much as any practical question does.
Who this tends to be for
People carrying more than one thing at once.
Most lives don't arrive in one tidy category. Someone might be mid-move, mid-career-change, and quietly worried about a parent all in the same season — and trying to solve each one separately usually just moves the weight around rather than setting any of it down.
This is the page for that — the whole current season, worked on as one thing instead of three separate appointments.

Book One
I Don't Know… But Here Is What I Have So Far
Fear, ego, control, judgment, the moment, and the practice of quieting the mind — the full foundation this page draws from, written as one continuous record rather than five separate topics.

Sessions
In person, in Vernon, on a real clock.
First meetings happen in your own space, for a scheduled one-hour conversation. Ongoing sessions run in two-hour blocks, following whatever's actually current in your life rather than a fixed curriculum.
Before you write
Questions people actually ask.
Do I need a specific problem to bring, or can it be general?
General is fine. A lot of sessions start with "I'm not sure what's actually wrong, just that something is" — that's a real and usable starting point.
Is this a substitute for counseling?
No — there's no clinical diagnosis or treatment plan. If what you're carrying needs clinical support, this can sit alongside that, not replace it.
How is this different from the other coaching pages?
The others go deep on one area — mindset, purpose, or relationship. This one works the whole current season at once.
Do I need to read the books first?
No — they're there for more depth before or after a session, not as homework beforehand.
Come on in
Say hello.
Start with a message. No form, no funnel — just an email or a call, answered by the person you'd actually be working with.
